Our Refund Policy

We will promptly refund your registration fee upon written notice of cancellation provided such notice is tendered at least three days prior to the scheduled class date.  Those who fail to attend without timely notice will not receive a refund but may reschedule to the next session. We will allow no more than two instances of rescheduling. An email message will serve as written notice but please request a read notification so you will know we have received the message.

We will continue to be fair and reasonable in our business relations with our customers. However those who schedule a class and fail to attend may deprive someone else the opportunity to attend that session. Please remember to let us know if you cannot attend.

Upon receipt of your registration we will respond with an email acknowledgment. This message will also contain any late breaking information we think will enhance your training experience. The message will be sent to credit card registrants at the email address used for registration unless you provide an alternative address in the above form..
